I want to quilt... Yet I don't want to quilt it!!! Mixed emotions on completing this paper-pieced Compass Quilt...... and it is surprisingly longer/taller that it is in width.... so I'm adding a second color border.... not sure how the spikes will look....
I've also had mixed emotions about myself...... my image... aging gracefully....
...therefore we do not lose heart..... though outwardly we are wasting away.... yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. F
or our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us.... and eternal glory that far outweighs them all!!!!
So we fix our eyes ---- Mine are gray - hazel.... we fix on eyes...NOT on what is seen . . . .
but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.... II Corinthians 4:16-18!!
Well, I think your beautiful quilt is a reflection of what is behind your lovely hazel eyes!
