Quilter @ Quiltfolk

 What's My Style?

I love to teach.   I graduated as an Business Education major.

Thus, I've taught classes at quilt shops, guilds and at large conferences and it's a good source of revenue.  (I'm retired yippee)  Contracts are drawn up with specific lecture or workshop rates and travel reimbursement.

If teaching at large conferences may not give me direct income in the high dollars... there are indirect benefits like exposure and validation of skill-level and expertise in quilting that leads to future bookings.  Also, the ability to sell books and patterns and sampler kits.

INVESTMENT:  Materials, Time (design and presentation) travel and marketing.
