Here’s my Sunday quilt session!!!  String Quiltin”.  Varying the layout.  Not quite random to get a zip zag effect!

This string quilt block pattern shared below is a new quilter… who thrilled over a variety of fat quarters to fill her longing for color.  Her cut shoes and her string quilt layout (12” size) are set in diamonds!!!!!

When a Sewing Room become silent - Oh My!

Does the dream - the excitement - the sense of accomplishment and contentment....   Does all of this just go away....???

A resounding NO.   Other decisions and mini-adventures have moved in and out of my life THIS YEAR.... much to my surprise.   I no long just sit at a desk/40 hour week with two computer monitors and almost unlimited internet/time access!
