Sit comfortably and soften your gaze or close your eyes.

Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4…
Hold for 2…
Exhale through your mouth for 6.
Let your shoulders drop with each exhale.
If your mind wanders, simply return to your breath—no judgment.
